I'm a nerd who loves nature, animals, music, playing her guitar, ballroom dancing, being nerdtacular, and taking care of orphaned baby birds ~ I work with Orphaned Bird Care here in the lovely state of Georgia. Best job ever. xD
I like pretty much anything Old School... Vinyl records, Old School Rock and Roll, Polaroid cameras... Eh, you get the picture. :D
I want to be an Avian and Exotic Animal Veterinarian, and I'm always going to be a photographer and a musician.
I'm most definitely American, but I spell like I'm an Australian. I always add those "extra" U's because I'm awesome like that. Hahahaha. :D

So I have this bird. His name is Fergus, or Gus for short, and he's a baby European Starling. He's one of my rescues. He's old enough to fly and he's very sassy when he wants something. Story time? I think so.
I was sitting in my room earlier, playing ukulele. Gus was sitting on my shoulder singing along. So we sat there, singing and stuff, when suddenly he decided that he was hungry. But not for the mealworms that I put in his food bowl; he wanted the baby formula. I feed it to him in syringes, and I always have at least one syringe pulled and ready to feed to him.
